This luxury villa is situated in an idyllic semi rural location, just outside Dalyan. off the Iztuzu beach road.The villa sits amongst fields of cotton and pomegranate groves in a small hamlet of 6 villas.
It is surrounded by mountains making it an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing brak.
The villa stands in its own private walled mature gardens, complete with swimming pool, outside shower, BBQ and a terrace area for sun loungers and garden furniture.
In the garden there is a traditional Turkish Kosk, ideal for escaping to,and out of the midday sun, to relax, snooze or read a book.
In the evening the gardens and pool are illuminated for your comfort. The pool has a shallow end suitable for children. There are chrome steps into the pool at both ends.
There are 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
On the ground floor 1 twin bedroom with en-suite.
On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms each with en suite and a four poster king size bed.There are also 2 spare beds so can sleep 8-10 people.
3 En-suites with showers,1 En-suite with bath/shower
The villa consists of an entrance hall that leads into the lounge and open plan fully equipped kitchen/Dining Room.
TV/DVD, no channels just plays DVDS and it is also a docking station for an I pod so you can have music. There is also a playstation and games.
There is a separate utility room housing a washing machine and dish washer.
The villa is fully air conditioned.
All linen and towels are included, however beach towels are not provided, so please bring you own.
If you require a villa clean during your stay, this can be provided at an extra cost, paid locally.
The villa has free wifi and air conditioning.
Iztuzu beach is just 10 minutes drive away.
The villa is approx 40 minutes walk to Dalyan centre and 7 minutes by car.

Summary: We loved the privacy and seclusion of the villa, and the service from the property manager was exceptional. The views around were beautiful, and there were lots of fun things to do nearby (restaurants and boat trip collected us from the villa and brought us home afterwards, which was great). Villa had everything we needed.

Summary: We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful well maintained villa providing everything for our comfort. The location is stunning set in pomegranate groves with mountain views, very private and relaxing with a lovely pool and sun terrace. The pool having a shallow end is ideal for young children. My husband really enjoyed the traditional turkish kosk in the garden for the shade and a midday snooze! We enjoyed going to the local town of Dalyan, there is plenty to do and see, shops, restaurants etc. The atmosphere is lovely as everyone is so friendly.The management company are extremely helpful providing airport transfers and hire cars and anything else you may need. A very enjoyable holiday, we would highly recommend this stunning villa and certainly hope to go again soon.

Summary: What a great place to stay in. We had a fantastic time with our family enjoying the sights and food on offer. The Villa is very impressive and you feel instantly at home, the views are breathtaking especially when you wake up in the morning. Dalyan is a friendly place with lots to do and see. Well worth a visit!!

Summary: We loved the beautiful scenery all around the villa, the villa was beautifully clean and well maintained,amazing pool and really helpful managers who can organize anything you need. Although my husband is disabled the house was very comfortable and easy to manage. All together the perfect holiday, would go again.

Summary: this is a truly stunning villa in an idyllic setting. The property is so well maintained as is the pool and gardens it feels like a piece of paradise. we took our disabled father with us there was a ground floor bedroom with ensuite wet room and direct access to the large patio and infinity pool, perfect for him and mum. all three bedrooms on 1st floor have large ensuites, the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom also have balconies. surrounded by mountains and fruit trees. we had a fantastic holiday here and will be counting the days to our next stay. we were picked up from the airport by the management company and provided with 2 hire cars waiting for us at the villa, we arranged a number of trips with them including the dalayan river cruise we had a boat to ourselves a party of 12! plenty of shops restaurants and bars in local town of dalayan and everyone is so friendly. our favourite villa by far.
